Papa Luigi & a Giant Hamburger

Brooks introduced me to a wonderful recipe from his childhood. Known as Papa Luigi Special, this delightful meal is his dad's version of something like chicken parmigiana (sp?). I have to admit, it is rather delicious! Here are some photos for your mouthwatering pleasure.

Here you see the mans portion on the left, my handsome cook in the middle, and the woman's portion on the right. Try it yourself! Take a breaded chicken patty, cook it in the oven. For the last baking minute add spaghetti sauce and moz cheese. Pair it up with your favorite pasta and bread!

Here is a rather hilarious photo. When our neighbors moved they left us with a few frozen items. This was one of them. Brooks was excited and cooked it up. Unfortunately the buns were a tad small.... I thought this was an incredibly funny sight!

How did Brooks enjoy the steak burger? They're huge, huh! I hope it was worth every penny we paid for it, sadly...they taste just the same as a regular old hamburger.

He said he felt sick afterward becuase he had to eat a bunch of meat just to get to the bun...it was hilarious.

That looks yummy.. I should try and make that. I may need more of a step by step. But I'll let you know. How are you guys!=?

I used to make that chicken pasta stuff all the time in college, but I used the chicken strips instead of patties. So easy and tasty! I don't make it anymore, because I never buy the processed meats. But now I'm craving it!
