Last week in snowed in Georgia! It was very exciting mostly because UGA was on the brink of closure. I was psyched that I might get a paid day off due to less than one inch of snowfall! The storm rolled in late in the afternoon and the rain turned to snow for only about a half hour. We spent the entire evening watching the news which had interrupted regularly scheduled programing to give us the most up to date information on what they were calling Winter Watch 2008...dun dun dun. It was down right hilarious. Unfortunately the snow lasted for less than an hour before the rain melted it. If only it had been a couple degrees colder...I might not have had to work the next day. Here is a great shot I got of Zibby in the snow. He loves the snow, naturally. He sat there for quile a while just soaking it all up. I think it is hilarious that he blinked at the flash.

That is hilarous! If it makes you feel better it is so cold here I think I'm going to die! The last 3 days I don't think it has gotten over 19 degrees. I'll try and get some pictures of the snow for you.
Logan has not gotten above 2 degrees all week. Karen Steele emailed me to let me know that it had snowed over there. I'm glad the drought is getting a bit better.
Hey, cute picture of Zibby. We haven't talked this week at all. Wierd! Call me tomorrow if you get a chance or email me. I'm going to try to come to Athens next week to see Lucia. I'm still sad she's moving!
Brooks,
Happy belated B-Day man! It was great talking to you yesterday! I can't wait to hang out with you guys!
Have a good one!
Funny how everybody around here freaks out at even the threat of ice and snow, huh?! I've lived here all my life and it still cracks me up! It is pretty rare for us to get snow twice in one week (heck! twice in one winter for that matter!). I'd love to live somewhere that gets more snow, but I'm not sure I could handle it!
That is freaking hilarious. It's weird to think that a speck of snow shuts some places down for a day or so. I'm kinda getting sick of the snow and winter myself. I don't love when it's 15 degrees in the morning while I scrape my windows. That is the Utah life though I guess! Cute picture of Zibby...he's huge! :)
Dear Zibby, I want you to come over to my house and have a sleepover and I'll pet you everytime you want me to and I'll snuggle you everytime. That's all I want to say.
Love, Olivia
